A Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Based Velocity Sensor for Local Field in Hypersonic Flows

Abstract

A new structure TDLAS velocity sensor for local hypersonic flow field and data processing method is presented. Schlieren images of the probe in wind tunnel tests show TDLAS measurement is barely influenced by shock layers.
