임상간호사의 간호전문직관과 셀프리더십이 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Clinical Nurse Nursing Professionalism and Self Leadership on Organizational Commitment

본 연구는 간호사가 인지하는 간호전문직관과 셀프리더십의 정도를 확인하고 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 간호 업무의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안의 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2018년 8월 10일부터 8월 30일까지 P시에 위치한 병원급 이상의 의료기관에 근무하는 간호사를 총 241명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구 결과, 일반적 특성에 따른 임상간호사의 간호전문직관은 5점 만점 중에 평균 3.68점으로 나왔고 임상간호사의 셀프리더십은 평균 3.93점으로 나타났으며 임 상간호사의 조직 몰입 정도는 평균 3.38점으로 나타났다. 간호사의 간호전문직관, 셀프리더십이 높을수록 조직 몰입은 높아진다고 볼 수 있다. 간호전문직관( β =.388, p <.001), 셀프리더십( β =.130, p <.05) 순으로 조직 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 간호전문직관, 셀프리더십이 높을수록 조직 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 간호사의 전문직관과 셀프리더십, 조직 몰입을 강화하여 근무 만족도를 높이고 이직률을 줄일 수 있는 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of nursing professionalism and self - leadership, and to understand the relationship between nursing professionalism and self - leadership, and to utilize it as a basic data to improve the efficiency of nursing work.
